The hotel had a beautiful and modern decor, with stylish and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and cute, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, situated near parks and shopping areas, with fine views of the city skyline. Plus, the food and service at the restaurant were excellent, with delicious meals and attentive staff.

The lobby area was a bit crowded due to the bar area taking up more space, made the check-in process a bit impractical. the room I stayed in was not properly heated and the shower flooded the bathroom, causing inconvenience.

Great location! Walking distance to popular shopping areas and attractions. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated.

The check-in area can get crowded when multiple families are checking in or out. The laundry services should be more flexible to accommodate emergency requests.

My dad got poisoning from the tuna fish he ordered at the restaurant. Too much noise in the rooms.

I liked the breakfast, the bed was comfortable.

I did not like the modern system of temperature control, lights, and everything in the room, it is excellent if it works well, but not if it fails as we did at 00:00 hrs. and we had to change at that time of the room because it was very cold and we could not turn off the lights or control the temperature. Although it is true that they changed our room and apologized to us, it was very unpleasant. I think the maintenance system failed. Carpet in the room, I don't think that's appropriate. It's unsanitary.

The staff were very good too ensure that my needs were met and that I felt welcomed. The security measures in place also gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend this hotel for a trip to London.

Great location in posh area, in front of park. Amazing staff, friendly reception, bar, and door attendant. Well-lit, ventilated room with mirrors and international plug points. Small but well-designed bathroom with heated towel racks and excellent shower pressure. Birthday treats and attention to detail. Excellent breakfast choices.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything we had planned such as the Royal Academy of Arts and Hyde Park, which we could easily reach by walking. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and spacious rooms that were nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and were really nice too accommodate our needs, even giving us a nice upgrade to a Beautiful room. the breakfast was satisfying and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Good , Luxurious amenities and exceptional service We recently had the privilege of staying at this hotel for a weekend trip. the amenities were luxurious and exclusive. the spa center was exceptional, with a variety of treatments available. the massage was so rejuvenating that we felt revitalized after it. the bar/lounge area was cozy and provided a great atmosphere to relax and unwind. the spa lounge was a great place to relax before and after treatments. the restaurant was outstanding with a varied menu that caters to different tastes. the in, room breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. All the members of staff were highly professional and welcoming, and their service was exceptional.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with the tube station just a short walk away and a beautiful park just across the road. Guests can easily access all the sights in London.

It also had a stain on the carpet near the door.

The bathroom was well-appointed and the service was attentive. The hotel's breakfast spread was top-notch, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day. We also enjoyed the stunning views of the nearby parks from our room.

The prices at the hotel's bar were excessively high, making it less appealing for a casual drink.

Minor issue with the room the only minor issue we experienced was a lack of sufficient storage in the room. Other than this, everything was perfect.
